For addresses within the UK, we offer insured and secure delivery services.
Orders placed online before 13:00 will be delivered within the next two business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) via a signed-for service.
Delivery timing depends on product availability and payment clearance.
Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday of the following week.
Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address provided (home or work). If no one is available, a card will be left with options to schedule a redelivery or collect the parcel from a local depot.

We accept transactions in UK Pounds Sterling only.
For orders delivered outside the UK, any customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Import duties and taxes may be applied by customs authorities when the delivery reaches its destination. You will be liable for payment of these charges. We cannot predict or control the amount of these fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
